Warehouse Worker

We are excited to offer multiple openings for a rewarding opportunity in our Warehouse & Inventory department located in the vibrant city of San Jose, CA. This is your chance to be part of a team that values precision and efficiency, offering competitive pay and a supportive work environment.

Shifts Available

• 1st Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm - $23.00/Hourly
• Swing Shift: 3:15pm to 11:45pm - $25.30/Hourly

Experience / Technical Skills

• Microsoft Excel proficiency (vlookup, pivot tables, data entry, reporting)
• General computer literacy (emails, file management, reporting tools)
• Experience creating picking lists in SAP
• Ability to physically pick items based on picking lists
• Basic inventory management knowledge
• Understanding of warehouse processes and documentation
• Familiarity with cycle counting / inventory audits preferred
• Prior exposure to costing, inventory reconciliation, or stock adjustments

Physical / Operational Requirements

• Ability to lift boxes up to ~40 lbs
• Capable of operating pallet jacks or hand trucks if needed
• Comfortable moving between desk work and warehouse floor as required

Other Skills / Attributes

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational skills (maintaining records, managing multiple orders)
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with warehouse and finance teams
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures
