Marketing and Events Coordinator - Retail Experience

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Create and maintain social media content calendarCreate content and schedule social media posts and weekly newsletterMonitor social media feedbackAssist with website updatesCreate contracts, seek approvals for all assigned events and activationsCreate project plans, manage logistics and budgets for all assigned events and activationsAct as main point of contact for reoccurring eventsAssist with market research, marketing plans, and presentationsSpeak with confidence and write using proper grammarEnsure adherence to all HILP policies and proceduresQualificationsMinimum Requirements include:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institutionTwo or more years of marketing experience requiredExperience sourcing content and building social media strategiesExperience assisting with marketing campaigns and initiatives Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Hootsuite, MailChimp and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)Experience with budget creation, management analysisMust be able to read and comprehend data analytics, newspapers, periodicals, journals, manuals, financial reports and legal documentsMust self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, and highly organizedExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects are essentialMust be a team player and have outstanding writing, editing, data entry and proofreading skillWell mannered, cooperative attitude and professional appearanceClosingAt Hines, we strive for excellence as a leading global real estate investment manager, driven by our by our belief that real estate is fundamentally about people.
