Job Duties Operate a Cherry Picker forklift to pull and replenish inventory.Approximately 40% forklift operation / 60% warehouse duties. Perform order selecting and order fulfillment activities. Complete put-away tasks and relocate products to designated storage locations. Use RF scanners to track inventory and process warehouse transactions. Stack pallets with orders ranging from 1-50 cases. Load, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse. Follow warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with general warehouse duties when not operating equipment. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse or powered industrial equipment training is beneficial. Experience Requirements MUST have cherry picker experience.Experience with order selecting, put-aways, inventory movement, and warehouse operations. Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required Ability to retrieve, transport, and store inventory at elevated rack locations. Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and equipment inspections. Ability to accurately identify inventory, locations, and shipping documentation. Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and commitment to workplace safety. . Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience is preferred. Current certification or experience operating cherry pickers, order pickers, reach trucks, or forklifts is beneficial. Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, productivity, teamwork, and inventory accuracy are well positioned for success as a Cherry Picker Operator. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to work comfortably at elevated heights while operating cherry picker equipment. Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and pallet building throughout the shift. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and work at elevated heights on a Cherry Picker. Must wear over-the-ankle steel-toe or composite-toe footwear. Comfortable performing physical warehouse work for the entire shift. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment and moving inventory while following established safety procedures.
