What You’ll Do:

• Provide primary care and urgent care services in a community setting
• Perform patient assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Administer vaccinations and perform routine procedures as authorized
• Maintain accurate medical documentation using EMR systems
• Educate patients on health management and treatment options

What You Need:
Required:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license for New Mexico
• BLS/ACLS certifications preferred
• Prior experience in primary or urgent care settings

Preferred:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing scheduling needs
