- Strong pay with raises built in. Solo drivers earn up to $90,000 per year, with base CPM ranging from 63-73CPM based on experience, and a guaranteed raise at your 1-year anniversary means your pay keeps growing the longer you stay.* \ N

- Freight that flows. Haul 100% no-touch and 50% drop & hook freight, cutting dock time and keeping your week productive. Freight type varies by position. \ N
