Following a recent migration from Microsoft Dynamics 365 to HubSpot, the organisation is investing in the development of its commercial systems to support continued growth, improve sales performance and provide greater visibility of revenue and pipeline performance. The Role Reporting to the VP of Commercial Operations, the CRM Manager will take ownership of HubSpot Sales Hub and Revenue Hub Pro, establishing the platform as the single source of truth for commercial data across the business. This is a hands‑on, sales‑focused commercial systems role, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot expertise, sales process optimisation, data quality, reporting and automation. You will own platform configuration and development, ensuring pipelines, workflows, integrations, forecasting and reporting effectively support the sales organisation and wider commercial function. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing and IT, you will translate commercial requirements into scalable system solutions, improve user adoption and ensure data is accurate, consistent and trusted. You will also oversee commercial requirements and testing for integrations with finance, customer service and quoting platforms, while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve productivity through automation and AI. This is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of a recently migrated CRM platform and shape how commercial systems support business performance and growth. The Person You will be an accomplished HubSpot specialist with deep, hands‑on experience of Sales Hub administration and configuration, ideally including Revenue Hub Pro, workflows, custom objects, reporting and integrations. You will understand how CRM systems support sales performance and commercial decision-making, with a proven ability to improve data quality, strengthen pipeline discipline, enhance forecasting and drive user adoption. Experience with API‑based integrations and middleware such as n8n, Zapier or Make would be valuable, as would experience working across multiple entities, regions and currencies. Above all, you will be commercially minded and confident working with sales teams, able to challenge existing processes, translate business needs into practical system solutions and hold stakeholders accountable for maintaining standards. Proactive, analytical and solutions‑focused, you will enjoy making systems work harder for the business, reducing manual effort and turning HubSpot into an effective commercial platform rather than simply maintaining it.
