Social Media Content Manager

Custom Dezigns Loc Studio is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Content Manager & Content Creator to help elevate our online presence and attract new clients. We are looking for someone who can work in a hybrid role by visiting the salon to capture content and working remotely to edit, schedule, and post content across our social media platforms. Responsibilities Capture high-quality photos and videos of clients, services, staff, and salon events Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, Facebook posts, and stories Edit videos and photos professionally Schedule and publish content consistently Write engaging captions and hashtags Monitor engagement and help grow our audience Assist with promotional campaigns, classes, special events, and product launches Maintain brand consistency across all platforms Qualifications Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and content creation Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.) Understanding of social media trends and algorithms Ability to work independently and meet deadlinesReliable transportation for onsite content days Beauty industry experience is a plus Schedule Hybrid Position Onsite 1–2 days per week for content creation Remote editing and posting throughout the week Flexible hours Compensation Starting at $15–$25 per hour based on experience OR Monthly retainer available for the right candidate About Us Custom Dezigns Loc Studio is a luxury loctician and natural hair studio located in St. Petersburg, Florida. We specialize in loc maintenance, loc extensions, micro locs, repairs, and advanced natural hair care services.
