OWLS Therapy is currently looking to hire part-time, highly-qualified speech pathologists with the ability to grow to full-time over time. About us: OWLS Therapy is a boutique private practice offering speech language therapy in clients' homes and schools around Philadelphia's Main Line (predominantly Gladwyne to Wayne). We love our clients, but more than anything, we LOVE our therapists! We believe that happy therapists make happy clients so for us, it all starts with supporting our therapists to be the best that they can be! About the position: Travel to clients' homes or schools to provide 30, 45, or 60 minute therapy sessions. Educate parents or caregivers with knowledge and activities to support generalization of skills. Provide thorough evaluations and develop a plan of care to maximize a child's skill set. Maintain clear and descriptive therapy notes. About the boring stuff: Must be available for 6-10 hours per week of direct therapy (flexible days—typically Monday-Thursday with Friday for make-ups). Full-time hours would be about 25 hours of direct therapy, Monday-Thursday with Fridays for make-ups. Must be available for after-school hours (3-6:00 p.m.). Must hold an active Pennsylvania license from the State Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. Must have ASHA CCCs (no clinical fellowship required). Must have reliable transportation allowing travel to clients' homes or schools. If you made it this far, you must be interested!
