This is a true full-desk recruiting opportunity where you'll own the entire hiring process—from developing new business and building client partnerships to recruiting exceptional talent and helping candidates find meaningful careers. What You'll Do Develop and grow your own portfolio of client accounts through business development and relationship building. Prospect new business through calls, networking, referrals, and in-person client meetings. Conduct client visits to learn each company's culture, hiring needs, and long-term workforce goals. Build recruiting strategies that help clients attract and retain top talent. Source, recruit, interview, and qualify candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities. Manage the full hiring process from initial contact through offer acceptance and onboarding. Build lasting relationships with both candidates and clients, serving as a trusted hiring partner and career advisor. Work across a variety of industries including construction, skilled trades, manufacturing, industrial, government, administrative, accounting, engineering, and professional services.
