What You’ll DoAs a Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. - Managing reservations and seating arrangements to ensure smooth service flow. - Communicating wait times and accommodating special requests when possible. - Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area. - Collaborating with the team to provide exceptional customer service.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a candidate who: - Has at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or customer-facing position. - Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Brings a positive, team-oriented attitude to work every day. - Is committed to creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests.
