Speech Language Pathologist – Skilled Nursing Facility We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing rehabilitation team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This position offers the opportunity to work with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing high-quality patient-centered care to the geriatric population. Responsibilities Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans Treat residents with speech, language, voice, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders Complete timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and progress Maintain productivity standards while delivering quality clinical care Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology Active state SLP license or eligibility Skilled Nursing Facility or geriatric experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for working with the senior adult population What We Offer Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package Supportive therapy and leadership team CFY mentorship and clinical support Opportunities for professional growth and advancement EOE #J-18808-Ljbffr
