Pediatric Physical Therapist - PRN Location: Park Ridge, IL Posted: Mar 30, 2026 Pay information not provided As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with many children from birth to age twenty-one. Our teammates are dedicated to treating young patients, providing individualized one‑to‑one attention and customized plans of care. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to help carry skills and home exercises into daily life. Job Responsibilities: Deliver individualized outpatient pediatric physical therapy to patients aged birth through 21. Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and document progress. Collaborate with occupational therapy, speech therapy, ABA and other team members to coordinate care. Educate parents and caregivers on home exercises and progress goals. Maintain current licensure and adhere to state regulations and professional standards. Participate in ongoing clinical meetings and quality‑improvement initiatives. Position Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program. Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist in Illinois (or applicable state). Demonstrated dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
