Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and emotional needs accurately.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, ensuring goals align with clients' unique challenges and circumstances.

• Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions employing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques.

• Regularly monitor and document clients’ progress towards treatment objectives to ensure effective care and make adjustments as necessary.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and primary care providers, to coordinate comprehensive client care.

• Educate and engage clients’ families, enhancing their involvement in the treatment process and understanding of mental health issues.

• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems to maintain accurate client documentation and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
