Solutions Architect

Providing strategic leadership and technical direction, the full-time Senior Solution Architect will consult with clients on solution design, oversee technical deliverables, and ensure successful implementation of complex solutions in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Consults with clients at a strategic level to ensure solution requirements and design align with both the client's and the company's vision Directs and reviews technical proposals for integrity, quality, and alignment with enterprise standards while managing solution cost modeling and optimization Leads the pre-sales process and transitions sold opportunities to implementation teams, providing oversight and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Required qualifications Minimum 10 years of combined experience in technical presales and implementation roles Minimum 5 years of experience in database marketing or interactive marketing environments Recent experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and technologies like Snowflake or Databricks In-depth knowledge of enterprise delivery methodologies and project management procedures Subject Matter Expert in identity resolution and AI/ML concepts as applied to data processing
