Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid - 3x/week onsite) Rate: $48/hr on w2 Basic Requirements: 5-8+ years of Recruiting experience, experience with Internal Recruiting and/or experience with Sales Recruiting a plus Proven track record of excellent client engagement Experience building relationships across various internal stakeholders in a matrixed environment Experience partnering and influencing senior level Hiring Managers and Executives Understanding of ATS tools and technologies, experience with Workday a plus Ability to deliver on tight deadlines and executive in a fast-paced and high volume environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.). #J-18808-Ljbffr
