Director of Risk & Safety — Workers' Comp Leader

Diverse Staffing seeks an experienced Director of Risk Management, Workers' Compensation & Safety to lead enterprise-wide programs across multiple states from our Indianapolis HQ. This role oversees workers' compensation, safety, claims, compliance, and risk management initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings licensed adjuster experience, 10+ years in workers' compensation claims, and 5+ years in leadership.
