Your Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients, conduct diagnostic tests, and develop tailored care strategies
• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses, either in collaboration with physicians or independently (subject to your credentials)
• Provide education to patients and families regarding prevention, wellness strategies, and chronic disease management
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with your scope of practice
• Engage in patient follow-up and chronic care management
• Work alongside interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and seamless care
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Certification Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or an equivalent certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to obtain within 90 days)
