Job Title Helpdesk Healthcare ServiceNow Word And Excel Consultant Job Summary The LARS Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining the Tennessee Department of Health’s Licensure and Regulation System (LARS) and external help desk system (Zendesk). This role focuses on system administration rather than tech‑based helpdesk tickets and requires experienced administration of applications. Key Responsibilities Proactively resolve system issues, process change requests efficiently, and implement solutions as directed. Ensure 100% response rate within one business day and close all tickets within three business days. Maintain logs, document system changes, and communicate status updates. Modify and configure system settings, user permissions, and automated workflows. Track system changes and organize supporting documentation in SharePoint. Work Schedule & Location Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST Location: IN PERSON, on site Communication & Collaboration Strong customer service and user support skills. Experience working with multiple teams: application coordinators, trainers, QA personnel. Ability to document system changes and maintain logs. Technical Knowledge & Skills Help Desk Support: understanding of IT support workflows, troubleshooting, customer service best practices. Licensing & Regulatory Systems: familiarity with licensure processes and regulatory requirements in healthcare or government agencies. Application Support: experience with platforms such as Zendesk, LARS, and ServiceNow. Configuration & System Administration: ability to modify and configure system settings and automated workflows.
