Registered Dental Hygienist

Perfect Smile Doc is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and professional Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our Florida clinical team. We are looking for a hygienist who is committed to excellent patient care, education, prevention, and creating a comfortable dental experience. Responsibilities Provide dental hygiene services within the scope permitted by Florida law Perform patient assessments and dental hygiene procedures Provide preventive oral-health education and home-care instructions Take and document appropriate patient information Obtain dental radiographs as permitted and required for patient care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Follow established infection-control and sterilization protocols Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements Follow OSHA and workplace-safety requirements Collaborate with dentists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to provide coordinated patient care Perform other dental hygiene duties permitted by Florida law and consistent with the hygienist's training and credentials Qualifications Current Florida Dental Hygienist license in good standing Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program Current CPR/BLS certification as required Strong clinical and patient-education skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Commitment to high standards of patient care and infection control Previous dental hygiene experience preferred; qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply What We Offer Competitive compensation Supportive and collaborative clinical environment Modern dental practice Continuing professional-development opportunities Opportunity to grow within an expanding dental organization Compensation: $40 - $50 per hour based on experience Perfect Smile Doc is an equal opportunity employer.
