Retail Store Manager (Bilingual Chinese)

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team, drive business growth, and represent the UNICE brand in‑store. What You’ll Do Lead all aspects of daily store operations to achieve sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Recruit, train, coach, and develop store associates to build a high‑performing team. Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store presentation to maintain brand standards. Create engaging social media content and support local marketing initiatives to increase store traffic and sales. Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and key metrics to identify opportunities for growth. Plan and execute in‑store promotions, events, and membership programs. Resolve customer concerns professionally while fostering long‑term customer relationships. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of retail management experience required. Experience in the beauty, hair, wigs, cosmetics, or fashion industry is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Results‑driven with excellent problem‑solving and organizational abilities. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred) is required. Why Join UNICE?
