Job Description

Shift option #1: Weekdays 3pm-11pm rotating Weekends 8am-8pm

Shift option #2: Weekdays 11pm-7am rotating Weekends 8am-8pm

Shift option #3: Weekdays 12am-8am rotating Weekends 8am-8pm

Shift option #4: Weekdays 8am-4pm rotating Weekends 8am-8pm

As a Direct Support Professional, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting individuals with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
Documenting and completing MAR
Light housework to keep a safe and clean environment
Supporting individuals in community integration activities and promoting participation in social events.
Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect the privacy and confidentiality of clients’ information.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including nurses, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Experience
The ideal candidate will have:

Experience working with people with disabilities in home health or community care settings.
Previous experience in group home environments is highly desirable.
