Job Summary Provide outpatient comprehensive primary care service including: preventive and health maintenance services, acute and chronic care, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment as well as primary care consultation services. Qualifications Education: Graduation from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy and residency trained in their specialty field. Experience: Three to five years of experience preferred. Certification/Licensure: Active Florida license required. DEA license required. BLS certification required. Board eligible or Certified in Family Practice preferred. Other Requirements: Commitment and ability to keep up to date with scientific and technological developments/literature. Able to work flexible hours as assigned. Able to work at other CHC locations as assigned. Background Screening Requirement: This position requires background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
