Responsibilities:

As a Support Technician specializing in installation, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Installing and configuring industrial machinery and equipment at client sites
• Performing on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics to ensure proper functioning of machinery
• Collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure successful project completion
• Providing technical support and guidance to clients during installation processes
• Documenting installation procedures and maintaining accurate records
• Training clients on the operation and maintenance of machinery as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in installation and technical support roles
• Associate's degree in engineering or a related field
• On-Machine Seasoning (OMS) Certificate
• Fork Trucking Certificate
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
