Your responsibilities may include:Performing preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facilities on campusOperator and maintain maintenance machinery, transportation equipment, and industrial equipment.Perform basic plumbing, HVAC, janitorial duties, landscaping, electrical, and carpentry.What We're Looking ForExperienced professionals in:Industrial equipment maintenance and repairMechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gearboxes, pumps and pump motors)Electrical troubleshooting (AC/DC systems, motors, control circuits)Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) – basic troubleshooting and diagnosticsBlueprint and schematic reading (mechanical and electrical)Preventive and predictive maintenance practicesVariable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and motor controlsWelding and fabrication (MIG, TIG, stick, Mill and Lathe experience)Precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, alignment tools)Root cause analysis and problem-solvingCMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)Hand and power tool operationSafety compliance (Lockout/Tagout, OSHA standards, PPE)Equipment installation and commissioningForklift or rigging experienceIf you're looking for a hands-on manufacturing role with long-term potential, we'd like to hear from you.Apply today and take the next step in your maintenance career.
