Aircraft Maintenance Billing Specialist

Oversee the maintenance billing cycle by generating reports and managing EBIS, the work order management platform. Maintain ownership of work orders and support the maintenance team by monitoring event progress and resolving any discrepancies. Manage maintenance program databases, review warranty coverage, and coordinate vendor interactions for claims and approvals. Requirements Experience in aviation maintenance administration, billing, MRO operations, or aircraft support. Proficient understanding of aircraft maintenance terminology and billing practices. Familiarity with FAA 14 CFR Part 145 and Part 43 regulations is preferred. Strong skills in reviewing maintenance work orders and vendor documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with aviation maintenance software systems is a plus. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
