Sr. Finance Analyst

Job Summary Leads business performance analysis, reporting, and forecasting for the Greater Chicago Region (GCR), with a primary focus on FP&A. This role serves as a key finance partner to Sales & Marketing, Retail, Admin, and Facilities operational leaders, owning forecasting, financial modeling, and performance insights. The Senior Analyst translates complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership, drives planning processes, and ensures alignment between financial results and operational drivers. An ideal candidate is curious, takes initiative, and operates with limited guidance, exercising strong judgment and influencing business outcomes.
