Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a SNF/LTC setting, including evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy to improve activities of daily living and independence.
- Design and fabricate splints as prescribed by physicians and document outcomes.
- Implement therapy programs to enhance residents’ strength, range of motion, fine-motor skills, and functional mobility.
- Maintain timely and accurate patient records, progress notes, and correspondence with the care team.
- Supervise OT Assistant/Aide staff in accordance with governing board guidelines to support resident care.
- Be willing to float between multiple sites within the assignment to ensure coverage and continuity of care.

Requirements
- Active Missouri Occupational Therapy license (MO) required
- Minimum 2 years OT experience; LTC or SNF experience required
- SNF/LTC geriatric rehabilitation experience preferred
- Ability to work in a travel assignment in Saint Louis, MO; dayshift, 5x8 schedule
- Willingness to float between designated sites within the assignment as needed
