Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking a reliable, compassionate, and experienced caregiver for a permanent client assignment in Cumberland Furnace, TN 37051 . We are looking for a caregiver who is dependable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality care while helping improve the client’s comfort, safety, and overall quality of life.

Whether assisting with personal care, providing companionship, or helping with light household tasks, this role is essential in supporting the client’s dignity, independence, and daily well-being.

Permanent Schedule

Every Wednesday: 12:00 PM–4:00 PM
Every Saturday: 1:00 PM–5:00 PM

Applicants must be available and committed to the permanent schedule listed above.

Position Duties Include

The caregiver will assist with personal care, companionship, and light housekeeping .

This may include assisting with daily living activities, supporting the client with comfort and dignity, engaging in meaningful conversation, encouraging safe activity as appropriate, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment.

Important Work Environment Details

The client smokes inside the home. There are six dogs on the property, but they remain outside only. No pet care is required. Applicants must be comfortable working in a smoking environment and being on a property where dogs are present.

Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Minimum age of 18

• Verifiable caregiving experience

• Experience assisting with personal care

• Valid current driver’s license

• Reliable transportation

• Current auto insurance

• Good driving record

• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check

• Ability to complete drug screening, if applicable

• Five professional references, no friends or family

• Proof of identity and work authorization as required for Form I-9

• Social security card

• Birth certificate

• Proof of high school completion or equivalent

• Professional communication skills

• Working phone with reliable communication

• Ability to clock in/out and document care notes electronically

• Ability to follow a care plan and complete assigned tasks

• Dependability, punctuality, and consistent attendance

• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries

• Comfort working in a smoking environment

• Comfort being on a property with outside dogs

Ideal Candidate

The ideal caregiver is dependable, patient, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a client’s home. This caregiver should be committed to showing up consistently, following the care plan, documenting accurately, and providing compassionate support that promotes the client’s dignity and independence.
