Director of Retail Operations
PI Management Group
Responsibilities Lead daily retail operations Develop and mentor leadership teams Drive revenue growth and profitability Analyze KPIs and implement operational improvements Recruit and retain top talent Create accountability throughout the organization Improve customer experience Optimize labor and scheduling Manage inventory and operational controls Partner with ownership on strategic growth initiatives Qualifications 5+ years of retail leadership experience Multi-unit leadership experience preferred Experience leading teams of 20+ employees Strong financial and business acumen Proven record of improving sales and operational performance Exceptional leadership and communication skills Experience in highly regulated industries is a plus Cannabis industry experience is welcomed but not required Opportunities Opportunity to help build a growing organization Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr PI Management Group
