The anticipated starting pay is $19.50-$20.00, determined by factors such as skills, experience, and organizational considerations. Come ride with us!The Specialist, is responsible for coordinating customer vehicle purchases through the virtual process and ensuring all purchase and DMV paperwork is accurate and processed timely.What You'll DoReview consumer title and supporting documents and verify accuracyPrint, prepare, audit, and upload required paperwork to complete vehicle purchasesWork directly with customers and internal teams when needed to resolve title issuesCommunicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and CRM/emailAnswer customer questions regarding the purchase paperworkReceive return documents and verify transaction accuracy and completion (trade-in, payoffs)Scan deal jacket to initiate vehicle payoffIndependently work assigned queuesDocument all processes in Salesforce and Smart Sheets to ensure quality trackingTimely and accurately process titling work in assigned states or regionsIdentify inefficiencies and pain points in existing workflows for customers and internal teams and clearly communicate how we can solve these issuesAdditional work and tasks as neededWhat You'll BringStrong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentialityActive listening and critical-thinking skillsDMV knowledge preferredProven ability to adapt quickly to role needs and work independently with minimal supervisionHigh school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferredPrior experience in a business office environment preferredWe offer best in class industry benefits:Competitive payMedical, Dental and Vision PlansPaid Holidays & PTOShort and Long-Term DisabilityPaid Life Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanEmployee Stock Purchase PlanLithia Learning CenterVehicle Purchase DiscountsWellness ProgramsHigh School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
