Job Summary
Telemetry (TELE) Nurse in a hospital setting. This full-time night shift position involves caring for post-cardiac catheterization, post-surgical, and high-risk medication patients, including those on respiratory support such as NIPPV (bilevel positive airway pressure and airVO). The role requires coordination of patient care, assessment, and clinical decision-making to ensure high-quality, safe care for adult patients.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights 7:00 PM 7:00 AM; 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license or current Compact state license; Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association; Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association; Graduation from an accredited nursing program; Knowledge of age-specific and patient population care; Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; Experience caring for cardiac, post-surgical, or high-risk medication patients; Experience with respiratory patients on NIPPV (bilevel positive airway pressure, airVO).

• Additional Information: The nurse will perform point-of-care testing procedures, develop and implement individualized care plans, and participate in patient education and discharge planning. The position is scheduled to start as soon as possible and will conclude on 01/18/2027.
