The Role Our Buyer's Agents represent buyers from the first showing to the closing table. With our marketing engine generating real buyer-side lead flow, you can focus on what you do best — touring homes, advising clients, and writing winning offers. What You'll Do Convert inbound leads from our website, open houses, and referral network into buyer consultations. Conduct buyer consultations, set expectations on financing and the local market, and run the property search. Show homes, narrow the list, and coach buyers through tradeoffs and timelines. Write competitive offers, negotiate counters, and shepherd the contract through inspections, appraisal, and close. Stay in touch post-close — referrals and repeats are the foundation of a long career. What We're Looking For Active Georgia or Alabama real estate license (or willing to obtain). Patience — buyers take longer than sellers, and the right fit matters more than the fast close. Quick on a phone or text — speed-to-lead matters and we measure it. Working knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional financing (or willing to learn). Local-market curiosity. Schools, commutes, and neighborhood character are part of the job.
