Job Overview

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for repetitive machine or process operations, following prescribed routines. You'll be expected to follow directions, perform adjustments to machinery, and record production numbers. Proficiency in this role is typically reached within a few months. You'll operate various manufacturing equipment, including packers, palletizers, mixers, and pellet mills.

Requirements

Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to wear proper PPE, including steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Excellent punctuality and strong attention to detail.
Basic math skills.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays and different shifts as needed.
Commitment to following all safety rules, policies, and procedures.

Preferences

GED or High School diploma preferred.
Experience in operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
Familiarity with working in environments with varying temperatures.
