Job Description Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This is an onsite position with opportunities for flexibility and professional growth. Compensation Package Salary: Competitive, based on experience. Profit Sharing: 10% of salary. Paid Time Off (PTO): Up to 4 weeks, based on experience. Bonuses: Annual Christmas bonus and performance-based rewards. Work Hours: 35 hours per week (paid lunch included). Other Benefits: Employee-centric culture, flexible scheduling, and team-building activities. Responsibilities Collaborate with producers to organize, shop, and negotiate pricing for accounts. Handle coverage changes and ensure policies are locked and loaded for producers. Communicate with underwriters to secure optimal pricing and coverage. Manage a book of business with premiums ranging from $300 to $240,000. Work with standard carriers such as Westfield, Auto-Owners, Hanover, Liberty Mutual, and Progressive. General Utilize AMS 360 agency management system for daily operations. Maintain a high level of client retention (97% for CL). Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: 3-5 years preferred, but open to candidates with varying levels of experience. Willing to train candidates with great energy and a willingness to learn. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 or similar agency management systems. Soft Skills: Team player with a "big team, little me" mindset. Strong listening and empathetic abilities. Positive, proactive, and confident attitude. Community-focused and problem-solving skills.
