Make-Ready & Maintenance Technician (Multi-Family)

Atlantic Housing Foundation

A community housing organization located in Greenville, South Carolina, is seeking a Service Technician to oversee property maintenance, conduct repairs, and manage on-call emergencies. Candidates should possess a high school diploma, relevant maintenance experience, and an EPA Sec 608 Certification. Responsibilities include maintaining grounds, ensuring amenities are upkept, and collaborating with property staff for operational success.
