Leading a dynamic reservations team, the full-time Reservations Supervisor will oversee daily operations in a remote setting, ensuring exceptional guest service, reservation accuracy, and revenue conversion while coaching and developing team members. Key responsibilities Manage daily operations of the reservations department across multiple hotel and resort properties Ensure high levels of guest service and accuracy in reservations while driving revenue conversion Conduct call auditing, coaching, and performance accountability to develop reservation agents Required qualifications Previous experience in a reservations or front desk role within the hospitality industry preferred Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership position Proficiency in reservation management systems and software Knowledge of revenue management principles Experience auditing calls and conducting coaching sessions strongly preferred
