We’re hiring an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who can confidently take ownership of residential and commercial HVAC and boiler installations from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Lead HVAC and boiler installation projects from start to finish

• Install furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, boilers, tankless water heaters, and commercial HVAC equipment

• Complete cast-iron and condensing boiler installations

• Perform hydronic and boiler piping

• Complete copper piping, soldering, brazing, and ProPress work

• Wire, start up, test, and commission HVAC equipment

• Direct helpers or apprentices when assigned

• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and applicable codes

• Communicate professionally with customers and explain new system operation

• Maintain safe, organized, and high-quality jobsites

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
  
  
• Ability to independently run HVAC installation projects

• Strong residential and commercial HVAC experience

• Hands-on cast-iron and condensing boiler experience required
  
  
• Advanced boiler piping and hydronic skills

• Strong copper piping, soldering, brazing, and ProPress experience

• Ability to complete boiler installations with little to no additional training

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to safely work in attics, basements, crawlspaces, mechanical rooms, rooftops, and outdoor environments

Preferred

• EPA Certification

• NATE Certification

• Tankless water heater installation experience

• Experience mentoring or training helpers and apprentices

Sign-On Bonus Details

The $5,000 bonus is paid in installments during the first year of employment:

30 Days: $250 | 90 Days: $500 | 6 Months: $1,000 | 9 Months: $1,250 | 1 Year: $2,000

Employees must remain actively employed and in good standing at each milestone to receive the applicable payment.
