Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Schedule & Benefits

• Schedule: Full-time, 11-7am shift, including every other weekend

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License

• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required

• Computer knowledge and experience using PointClickCare (PCC)

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may be considered

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care

• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift

• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents, and resident family members

• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator
