Transportation Group Manager

Required Skills and Qualifications:

B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field
15+ years of experience in transportation, roadway, or highway engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
Familiarity with PennDOT or PTC design standards
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven success in client relationships and business development
Proficiency in MS Office; MicroStation experience preferred
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience navigating public processes and municipal approvals
Past involvement in transportation design standards and policies
Leadership training or advanced certifications related to project management or transportation

Preferred Education and Experience:

A steady track record of managing transportation projects from conception to completion
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and grow high-performing teams
Experience with federal, state, or local transportation agencies

Other Requirements:

Ability to travel regionally as required
Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement
