We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced team. This role blends front-line customer service with the ability to recognize and create new client opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer calls to assist with policy inquiries, updates, and service-related questions.
- Conduct high volume outbound calls to follow up with customers and ensure their needs are met.
- Utilize your knowledge of insurance products to provide accurate and efficient service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Stay informed on product offerings and industry regulations to provide accurate information.
Requirements
- Texas PC License required.
- Bilingual skills (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in the insurance industry (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer effiecient and comfortable with CRM tools
- Strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.
