Our sales representatives get to focus on customer relationships, business development, and account growth, while dedicated senior-level Account Management, Operations, and Carrier Sales teams handle execution. Meaning you will have ownership without being left on an island.What You'll Do• Transition, retain, and expand established customer relationships• Create and execute a clear plan for activating transferable business• Develop new opportunities through prospecting, referrals, industry relationships, and market knowledge• Own customer strategy, communication, and long-term account developmentThis is not a cradle-to-grave position.• Expand accounts across additional lanes, modes, locations, and services• Collaborate with internal teams on complex, specialized, and high-value freight• Monitor account, service performance, pipeline activity, and long-term growthCareer GrowthThis is a customer-facing leadership position with two clear long-term paths:• Advancement into higher-level strategic sales roles with increased compensation xhyhwjd and additional support• Leadership advancement into Director or Vice President-level positionsPrimary must-haves:2+ years of successful freight brokerage sales experienceA proven history of winning, retaining, and growing profitable customer businessHistory of established customer relationshipsStrong industry knowledge, customer communication skills, and ability to operate independently
