KPMG is currently seeking an Advisory Associate for our Advisory practice.

Responsibilities :

• Execute and develop processes and strategy improvements across multiple procurement, supply chain and operations disciplines to include Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement Optimization, Order Fulfillment, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Business Process Redesign, Reverse Logistics, Continuous Process Improvement, E-Commerce and Supply Chain Risk Management
• Support service delivery and/or software implementation projects within the supply chain continuum
• Develop and sustain relationships with client personnel and identify opportunities to provide additional services
• Contribute to design, preparation and analysis of reports and findings in a clear, logical and concise manner
• Complete quantitative and qualitative analysis in a structured and scalable format
• Utilize cutting-edge technology trends, including cloud, machine learning and AI, to drive data-driven decisions, target operating models and new business strategies for clients

Qualifications :

• Must be pursuing and have obtained by the start date or have completed the following degrees/majors in the past 12 months; Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, Operations or equivalent program
• Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.0 or above
• Working knowledge of procurement, supply chain, or E-commerce operations; interest and aptitude for technology such as Coupa, Ivalua, JDA, Oracle Commerce Cloud, SAP and Ariba preferred
• Strong in technical, business acumen, critical thinking and agility skills; demonstrated ability to excel and drive strategic outcomes, coupled with a professional demeanor and a collaborative leadership approach, in a dynamic, evolving environment
• Ability to leverage common business technologies, including MS Office (with an emphasis on Excel) and AI, and quickly learn KPMG tools and applications used by our clients
• Strong communication, organization and relationship-building skills, with the capability to apply professional judgment and skepticism, manage priorities across multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work in a professional services capacity
• Must reside within a commutable distance of the office for this position and be responsible for your own transportation, such as personal vehicle or public transportation, to get to and from office / client locations to satisfactorily fulfill your job duties, as determined by your practice leadership
• Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need; you must be located within the U.S. when working remotely; client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay
