Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for home improvement? Do you have 5+ years of in-home sales experience and love the thrill of closing deals? Floorguard, Chicagoland's most trusted name in epoxy flooring for garages, basements, and patios, is looking for a senior closer to join our team.

• Short appointments (20 to 30 minutes) with a 1-call close process
• Commission-based role with earning potential of $120,000 to $200,000 annually

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of in-home sales experience (home improvement industry experience is a huge plus)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• A self-starter who thrives in a commission-based role
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
