Job Overview

The Member Services Representative is responsible for creating a welcoming, positive, and memorable experience for every member and guest.


This role serves as the first point of contact for members, providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily club operations and upholding club policies and procedures.

The Member Services Representative helps create an exceptional club experience by delivering outstanding service, maintaining professionalism, and ensuring members' needs remain the top priority.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Perform daily Member Services functions, including scheduling, billing, membership holds, cancellations, upgrades, and downgrades.
• Maintain knowledge of club programs, services, and policies to effectively assist members.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow established procedures.
• Enforce club policies and membership guidelines consistently and professionally.
• Communicate effectively with members, guests, and staff.
• Work collaboratively with all departments to support exceptional experience.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner.

Professional and Technical Knowledge:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Drive.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

• Sit for extended periods of time.
• Lift 10 lbs
• Conduct prospect tours.
• Understand and communicate both verbally and written in English.
• Follow job related directions.
• Think independently and suggest effective solutions to potential challenges.
• Work a flexible schedule as required by business needs.
• Understand and comply with all company safety policies and their requirements.
• Attend training meetings as scheduled.
