Banner Health is actively seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join our established primary care practice in Fallon, Nevada, a vibrant town just one hour from Reno and Carson City, with easy access to Lake Tahoe and endless outdoor recreation.

This NHSC-certified site offers the best of both worlds: meaningful rural medicine in a supportive environment, with the stability and resources of a large, integrated health system.

Practice Details:

• Patient Population: Adults 18 and over
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday clinic with 4-5 day work week options
• No Call, No Hospital: 100% outpatient with no inpatient coverage or call responsibilities
• Support Staff: Dedicated 1:1 Medical Assistant support
• Established Practice: Step into an existing practice located just an hour from Reno
• High-Volume Practice: Active patient panel in a thriving community
• Clinical Autonomy: Manage wellness and chronic care disease management, with opportunities for specialized procedures according to your interests

Banner Healths Compensation Package Includes:

• $295,000 base salary
• Up to $160,000 in incentive opportunities:
  • $125,000 sign-on/relocation incentive when loan repayment is not needed
  • $60,000 sign-on/relocation incentive + up to $100,000 loan repayment when loan repayment is needed
• $1,500/month resident stipend during the final 12 months of training after signing the employment contract (up to $18,000 total)
• Paid CME days and malpractice
• Excellent benefit package options that provide security for you and your family

• This location qualifies for federal loan forgiveness

Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in Nevada
• Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a rural setting
