Senior HRBP

Job Overview:
Search Solution Group is seeking an HR Business Partner on behalf of our client, a global trading firm specializing in quantitative trading, market making, and venture capital. This role will primarily support the organization's technology and corporate functions, partnering with leadership to deliver data-driven HR solutions, support talent development initiatives, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with technology and corporate function leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support
• Support and manage early career programs, including summer internship initiatives
• Facilitate internal mobility efforts, including employee transfers and career progression planning
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support workforce planning and decision-making
• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations across assigned business units
• Support employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to implement programs and initiatives
• Maintain accurate HR data and reporting to support business needs
• Drive execution of HR initiatives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

Requirements include:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR role
• Experience supporting corporate functions such as technology, finance, or operations
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-performance environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and support demanding client groups

Skills:

• Strong organizational and execution skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with broader HR strategy
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Certifications:

• PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar certification preferred but not required

Knowledge:

• Understanding of HR best practices, employee relations, and talent management
• Familiarity with workforce planning, internal mobility, and early career program management
• Knowledge of HR systems and reporting tools
