Java Backend Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and architect scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Build and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Implement microservices architecture and ensure system performance, scalability, and security.
- Integrate backend services with internal systems, authentication platforms, and enterprise data sources.
- Implement enterprise authentication and authorization mechanisms, including SSO and OAuth2.
- Mentor backend developers and provide technical guidance and code reviews.
- Establish best practices for code quality, unit testing, integration testing, and technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure backend services meet reliability and security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Java development.
- Expertise in Spring Boot and Spring-based application development.
- Experience with JPA/Hibernate and database integration.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
- Experience designing and implementing microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of enterprise authentication and authorization, including SSO and OAuth2.
- Experience with code reviews, testing frameworks, and software development best practices.
- Prior experience providing technical leadership or mentoring developers.
- Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
- Understanding of application security, performance tuning, and distributed systems.
