Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to support delivery within a Technology PMO, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. This role is highly hands-on and focused on driving outcomes, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and maintaining strong governance and reporting. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex projects Manage scope, schedule, resources, financials, and dependencies Drive governance, risk/issue management, and status reporting Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders Facilitate meetings, remove blockers, and hold teams accountable Support change management and business adoption Collaborate with vendors and external partners as needed Required Qualifications 8+ years of Project Management experience Proven track record delivering complex, enterprise-level projects Strong experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC environments Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills Experience with PMO frameworks, governance, and PPM tools Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking Preferred Qualifications PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (CSM/PSM) certification Experience with stage-gate methodologies Experience implementing or supporting AI solutions or tools Background in biotech, pharma, or other regulated industries What Success Looks Like Clear, accurate, and timely project reporting Strong stakeholder alignment and communication Proactive risk management and issue resolution On-time delivery of high-impact initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
