This beautiful small town offers residents and visitors access to water skiing, boating, hiking and photography just minutes from Lake Powell in Northern Arizona. The lake has 1960 miles of shoreline, which is longer than the entire West Coast of the continental United States. What you can expect: 14-24 hour shifts Flexibility Community environment Procedures are required Diverse patient population Average patient census: 4-6 per shift Tele eICU support When you work with Banner Health: Lucrative compensation package, including salary: $329,030 Recruitment Incentives: $100,000 sign‑on bonus Excess Shift Pay (beyond Base Shift Obligation): $1,500/shift Loan Repayment: $100,000 ($20,000/year for 5 years) Excellent benefits and retirement packages Resident stipend: $18,000 ($1,500/month); starts after signing and ends when residency concludes.
