Supervisor Locating

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Operations Team at UtiliQuest, LLC as a Field Supervisor. UtiliQuest, LLC, a leading provider of quality underground utility damage prevention for over three decades, with headquarters in Alpharetta, Georgia, and offices in multiple states, has over 2,500 employees. The Field Supervisor reports directly to the Operations Center Manager and will manage workflow, schedules, and performance for a team of technicians. Responsibilities Build and supervise a team of Damage Prevention Technicians who are driven and understand key performance indicators and economic engines of the business. Promote and maintain a strong safety culture for all employees. Conduct daily and weekly planning meetings to ensure quality control is in place. Conduct audits on field personnel to ensure quality standards are being met. Conduct performance reviews and provide regular performance feedback and development opportunities for technicians. Create and maintain good working relationships with clients, excavators, regulators, employees, and the public. Assist Center Manager in identifying strengths and weaknesses of Damage Prevention Technicians. Assist technicians with locating difficult‑to‑find utilities. Collaborate with the HR and Talent Acquisition Team to identify staffing needs, interview, and make final hiring decisions. Operate company vehicles safely and maintain a professional appearance. Validate and approve daily personnel time reports. Develop, mentor, and evaluate technicians and have overall responsibility for employee engagement and morale. Complete JSO’s (Job Safety Observations) of technicians. Ticket production and weekend work required, as needed. Complete other duties as needed. Qualifications Completes and maintains all training. Drives safely and follows company safe driving policies. Maintains punctuality and attendance at all shifts and training sessions. Performs work in all weather conditions, during normal and after hours. Regular use of hands and fingers to operate specialized equipment and tools. Reaches overhead above the shoulders and horizontally; bends at the waist; stands and/or walks for extended periods of time. Lifts and/or moves up to 25 pounds frequently. Has specific vision abilities required by this job, including close vision and ability to adjust focus. Hears and speaks to exchange information. Follows all safety rules at all times. Able to work a flexible schedule (some evenings and weekends) as needed. The wage range for Field Supervisor is $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
